The Company builds, owns, and operates a diverse fleet of marine support vessels, which serve the global exploration and marine industry. Apart from the construction of offshore support vessels (OSVs), the Company has diversified into the construction of harbor tugs and other non-oil and gas vessels. Its services include dry docking, blasting and painting, propeller shaft servicing, propeller tailshaft servicing, anchor chain / cables calibration reading, engine overhauling, piping fabrication, hull damage repair, carpentry work, renovation work. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in chartering marine vessels. The Company’s subsidiaries include Era Surplus Sdn. Bhd., Midas Choice Sdn. Bhd., and others.
