The Company’s products and services are designed to operate in conjunction with a variety of business applications in business sectors, such as technology suppliers, retail merchants and loyalty consultants. On April 6, 2006, the Company entered into a license agreement with Phoenix Technology Holdings (Phoenix) a Turks and Caicos Islands company. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company granted Phoenix an exclusive license to use the it's technology.
