Sberbank (Kyiv) has appointed Natalia Avdeenko as the chairman of the supervisory board instead of Lev Khasis. The bank has said this in a statement in the information disclosure system run by the National Commission for Securities and Stock Market, Ukrainian News Agency reports. It is noted that Khasis served as the chairman of the supervisory board for four years. Avdeenko was appointed to this position for a period until the date of the next annual general meeting of shareholders. She previously held the position of Senior Managing Director of the Corporate Development and Performance Department and a member of the supervisory board of Sberbank.
