Herman Gref, CEO, Chairman of the Executive Board, Sberbank:

"The results of the first year of implementing Strategy 2023 confirm that we have chosen the right direction: our ecosystem is progressing rapidly, clients are increasingly using a variety of services, financial business is on the rise, and our companies in the e-commerce industry are growing significantly faster than the market. In the future, our investments will be channeled in this direction.

Our task is now to convert bank and non-financial service clients into a single loyal client base for the ecosystem. A deep understanding of our clients' desires and needs, as well as designing the best deals for them, will remain top priorities. We are continuing our technological transformation and will complete the migration to Platform V within the next two years. This will provide further impetus for increased efficiency.

At the same time, we will be actively engaged in developing digital people for our team. To do this, we will cultivate talent starting from university and create training programs, a comfortable environment, and flexible work formats.

We are raising our 2022-23 ROE forecast to over 20%, reflecting our confidence in Sber's strong fundamental history and ability to drive shareholder value".

The event was attended by leading investment companies from around the world, foundations, private shareholders, and journalists.
