Savills : Flurry of activity at Yate Shopping Centre as four new tenants sign up

Yours Clothing has opened its store at 3-5 South Walk, a 3,421 sq ft (317 sq m) unit after signing a new 10 year lease. Savers has also agreed a 10 year lease on the 3,224 sq ft (300 sq m) unit at 16-18 West Walk. Shan's Cabaret Bar is opening at Unit R3, formerly Prezzo, which provides 3,460 sq ft on the ground floor. House of Luxxe, a new barbers and beauty salon has signed a new five year lease at the 785 sq ft (73 sq m) 8 West Walk.

Yate Shopping Centre is the principle retail offer for Yate and the surrounding area and is home to over 100 retailers including Tesco Extra, Marks and Spencer, The Entertainer, Loungers, Boots, Iceland, Home Bargains, Argos, New Look, Next and TK Maxx.
