Adapting to sudden swerves in the macroeconomic environment cannot be withstood without the need to persevere and a passion for what we do. While passion can drive perseverance, the ability to think beyond boundaries enables those with a passion to truly excel.

With these elements and tactical thinking in tow, we have focused on creating positive interferences in how we serve our clientele. During the year, we expedited branch improvements and supply chain streamlines - in an effort to fast-track efficiencies and service enhancements. With good service being pivotal to retained customer confidence, we improved our after-sales services in making it a strong selling point. We also invested our focus on strengthening the branch network in reworking customer experience at each and every touch point.

We are poised for a future of sustainable business development and exponential value creation - as we are driven by passion and fuelled by perseverance to adopt new solutions and adapt to these unprecedented times.
