ONLINE INVESTOR CONFERENCE IN RELATION TO INTERIM RESULTS

The board (the "Board") of the directors (the "Directors") of Sany Heavy Equipment International Holdings Company Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") would like to announce that, the Company will hold an online investor conference in relation to the interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2020 at 9:30 a.m. on 18 August 2020 to enable shareholders and potential investors of the Company to have a better understanding of the Group's business. Shareholders, potential investors and individuals paying attention to the capital market of the Company are cordially invited to join the online investor conference.

An investor who intends to participate in the online investor conference is requested to send his/her reply slip to the e-mail address ([e-mail] or [e-mail]) by 9:00 a.m. (Beijing time) on Wednesday, 12 August 2020. The details on how to participate in the online investor conference will be provided by the Company upon receipt of the reply slip.
