ONLINE INVESTOR CONFERENCE IN RELATION TO ANNUAL RESULTS

The board (the ''Board'') of the directors (the ''Directors'') of Sany Heavy Equipment International Holdings Company Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') would like to announce that, the Company will hold an online investor conference in relation to the audited annual results for the year ended 31 December 2020 at 9:30 a.m. on 19 March 2021 to enable shareholders and potential investors of the Company to have a better understanding of the Group's business. Shareholders, potential investors and individuals paying attention to the capital market of the Company are cordially invited to join the online investor conference.

An investor who intends to participate in the online investor conference is requested to send his/her reply slip to the e-mail address ([e-mail]) by 4:00 p.m. (Beijing time) on Monday, 15 March 2021. The details on how to participate in the online investor conference will be provided by the Company upon receipt of the reply slip. Please refer to the appendix of this announcement for the reply slip.
