Yasuyuki Otsuka is appointed as executive officer (partner) of Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC on June 2020 and retired on May 2021, Wataru Nakatsuka from January 2019, Joined Boston Consulting Group. Proposed Date of Appointments are June 1, 2021. The company proposed retirement of Saburo Miyauchi as Managing Director, Retirement to take place at the Company's 61st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 24, 2021.
