Sangsangin Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A038540) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase will repurchase 600,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to increase the shareholder value. The program will be valid until November 5, 2019. As of August 5, 2019, the company had 520,000 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 4,037 shares in treasury through other repurchase.
