On July 6, 2022, Samsara Luggage, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company") filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, moving its official headquarters to 135 East 57th Street, Suite 18-130 New York, NY.
