The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 26th October, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at its registered office 2-S,Gulberg-II, Lahore.
The Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed dated 16th October, 2022 to 26th October, 2022 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at the M/S Corplink (Pvt) Ltd 1-K, Commercial, Model Town, Lahore at the close of business on 15th October, 2022 will be treated in time for the purpose of above entitlement to the transferees.
The Annual Report of the Company will be transmitted through PUCARS at least 21 days before holding of Annual General Meeting.
