As Saintmed Public Company Limited ("company") issued new share for capital increase by Initial Public Offering (IPO) on June 9 - 11, 2021 for 54,000,000 shares at the offering price of Baht 7.20 per share. The company received proceeds from IPO in the total net amount of Baht 388.80 million (after deducting all IPO-related expenses).

The Company would like to report the proceeds utilization as of June 30, 2022 as follows:
