Sahara Housingfina Corporation Limited Appoints Anshu Roy as Additional Director to Hold Office as Independent Non-Executive Director

Sahara Housingfina Corporation Ltd. announced that Mrs. Anshu Roy, has been appointed as an additional director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from February 13, 2015 under Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 to hold office as Non-executive Director (independent) till the date of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company at the Board Meeting held on February 13, 2015.
