shares through his wholly owned company Hanekamb

Invest AS at the price of NOK 0.90 per share to EL

Investment AS, a wholly owned company by Espen

Lundaas, acting CFO.

Following the transaction Martin Nes will hold,

through Hanekamb Invest AS, 2,292,062 shares in SDSD,

corresponding to 0.33% of the total outstanding share

capital.

Following the transaction Espen Lundaas will hold,

through EL Investment AS, 2,339,662 shares in SDSD,

corresponding to 0.34% of the total outstanding share

capital.
