Notice on Termination of Agreement with our Major Supplier

Our agreement with Renesas Electronics Corporation, which is our major supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Major Supplier"), was terminated on February 28, 2023. The details are as follows:

1.	Circumstances causing the termination of contract
		We, as a distributor of the Major Supplier, have sold semiconductor products to customers under the
	distribution agreement with the Major Supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). However,
	the Agreement is terminated as of February 28, 2023 due to changes in the Major Supplier's policy on
	distributors.
2.	Content of transactions between our company and the Major Supplier

3.	Future outlook

Going forward, we will purchase semiconductor products from the primary distributor of the Major Supplier and then sell the products to customers.

The terms and conditions of transactions with the primary distributor have not yet been determined at present. Until the terms and conditions are determined, we will continue to purchase semiconductor products from the Major Supplier as before. Even after the termination of the Agreement, there will be no change in the product warranties and technical support provided by the Major Supplier.

Based on the above, the termination of the Agreement will have no impact on the consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023.
