PJSC Russian Aquaculture (MISX:AQUA) is in talks to sell Russian Fish Company, ZAO to Hung Vuong Corporation (HOSE:HVG). Ilya Sosnov, the chief Executive Officer said an interview that negotiations to sell Russian Fish Company are conducted with Vietnamese Hung Vuong and the deal was valued at $15 million. "The new investor appeared and we decided to go with Russian, not foreign" Sosnov added.
