ROSSETI CENTRE AND VOLGA REGION The Minister of energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak took part in the meeting on the project Energy strategy of Russia for the period up to 2035, under the leadership of Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.
The meeting discussed the development of the Russian fuel and energy complex in the next 20 years in accordance with the views set out in the draft energy Strategy.
In particular, it was noted that the oil and gas projects is a long - term business, so energy companies and foreign consumers need to give clear guidance about the tax regime, tariff and pricing, but also to make the Russian energy market more open, transparent, competitive and more attractive for investment.
