The Company's products include Electronic Drilling Recorder (EDR), Web portal, mobile site, sitewatch, data acquisition hardware, and communications system. RigManager has developed a mobile EDR for use on iPhones, making data from rigs available anywhere with only a few seconds delay from real-time. RigManager Services Ltd (Canadian operations) and RigManager Inc. (United States Operations) are subsidiaries of the Company. In November 2013, PHX Energy Services Corp.acquired RMS Systems Inc.
