RLH Properties, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:RLH A) agreed to acquire an unknown stake in Fairmont Mayakoba and El Camaleon golf course and Pueblito and Mayakoba marina of OBRASCÓN HUARTE LAIN, DESARROLLOS, S.L. for $57.2 million on January 26, 2018. As part of the acquisition, RLH Properties will acquire share of OBRASCÓN HUARTE LAIN, DESARROLLOS, S.L. in Fairmont Mayakoba and a number of other assets including El Camaleon golf course, Pueblito and Mayakoba marina. Lara Hemzaoui, José María López, Sara González of Linklaters S.L.P acted as legal advisors for Obrascón Huarte Lain, Desarrollos, S.L.
