German economy in great shape despite lack of new government - Ifo

BERLIN (Reuters) - Germany's economy is faring well despite the lack of a new government four months after a national election, Ifo economist Klaus Wohlrabe said on Thursday after the economic institute reported a rise in business confidence in January.

"Despite the uncertainty about forming a government, the German economy is in excellent condition," Wohlrabe told Reuters.
