According to the Italian Stock Exchange Regulation, Reply
S.p.A. has defined the following company events calendar for
the year 2012:
• Thursday March 15: Board of Directors meeting for the
approval of the draft separate and consolidated financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2011;
• Tuesday May 15: Board of Directors meeting for the
approval of the Interim Management Statements for the period
ended 31 March 2012;
• Thursday August 2: Board of Directors meeting for the
approval of Half Year Financial Report for the period ended
30 June 2012;
• Tuesday November 13: Board of Directors for the
approval of the Interim Management Statements for the period
ended 30 September 2012.
The Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the separate
financial statements as of 31 December 2011 will be held on
27 April 2012 in first call and on 28 April 2012 in second
call.
Please note that any variation to the above reported calendar
will be promptly communicated.
