Launch of Startup 4cust Reply 

In recent years, Cloud Computing has increasingly developed from a hype into a standard. Numerous large as well as mid-sized companies are adding Cloud-based solutions to their portfolio, also in the CRM field. Until now Reply could offer its customers in Germany Cloud-based solutions from SAP CRM, Oracle Siebel CRM, Microsoft CRM and Accenture CAS. To achieve its goal of offering customers Cloud solutions covering all technology platforms, Reply is expanding its Cloud Computing offer in Germany to include the Salesforce.com platform.

"Salesforce.com is a pioneer in the field of Cloud-based CRM solutions. We expect continued strong growth in this field. In the scope of a European initiative with our parent company, Reply S.p.A., we therefore decided to launch a startup called 4cust Reply in Germany", said Josef Mago, Chairman of the Board of Reply Deutschland AG.

4cust Reply will only offer services revolving around Salesforce.com. Thomas Puhl will assume the management of the company. He was previously responsible for the field CRM On Demand as a department manager at Riverland Reply.

"We will utilize the know-how of our Reply colleagues in Italy and considerably enhance our skills in Germany to offer existing and potential customers in Germany an even better selection of CRM process consulting, implementation and development for customer-specific solutions involving Salesforce.com," said Thomas Puhl, Managing Director of 4cust Reply GmbH & Co. KG.
