DICK KEEVERS APPOINTED AS CHAIRMAN

Renascor Resources (ASX: RNU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard (Dick) E Keevers as Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 1 January 2017.

Mr. Keevers, who currently serves as a Non-Executive Director, is an experienced and highly regarded industry leader and senior executive with over 40 years experience in the resource sector, having previously held senior executive positions with Broken Hill South Limited and Newmont Mining.

As Chairman of Renascor, he will play a key role in leading Renascor through the development of its Siviour graphite project, as it advances towards its goal of becoming a globally competitive, large-scale producer of high quality graphite from Australia.

Renascor's outgoing Chairman Stephen Bizzell, who will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director, welcomed Mr Keevers' appointment, stating:

"Dick has a wealth of experience in the resource industry, including having played key roles in the development of several producing mines in Australia. As we look to continue the rapid development of the Siviour graphite deposit, we are fortunate to have an experienced professional of Dick's caliber take an expanded role at Renascor."

Mr Keevers' experience includes advancing multiple producing mines from discovery phase through development, including the Telfer gold and copper mine, the Phosphate Hill phosphate mine and the Baal Gammon copper mine. Mr Keevers also was a substantial shareholder of and served as an executive director for Pembroke Josephson Wright Limited, an Australian share brokerage firm. Mr Keevers has served on boards of several ASX-listed resource companies, and he is currently a non- executive director of Santana Minerals Limited.

Prior to joining the Renascor board in July of this year, Mr Keevers served as chairman of unlisted Eyre Peninsula Minerals Proprietary Limited (EPM), which holds an option over the Siviour graphite deposit and the wider Arno Graphite Project. Renascor completed the acquisition of 100% of EPM earlier this month. See RNU ASX released dated 5 December 2016.
