LexisNexis launches Lexis Practice Advisor, providing attorneys fast access to practical guidance for transactional matters

New Web offering combines "how to" information, practice notes, checklists, forms and model documents to help complete transactions confidently and more efficiently

This content is supplemented by quick and easy access to on-point legal resources including select cases, codes and analytical materials from trusted LexisNexis® brands such as Matthew Bender®. The easy to navigate interface allows attorneys to immediately surface the content and information needed - ranging from a quick overview and "how to" guidance to checklists, forms and precedents, legal analysis, or cases, codes and news.

Lexis Practice Advisor will feature specific transactional practice areas and leading jurisdictions, which will be addressed by different modules such as 'Business Law' and 'Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy.'

As part of the LexisNexis strategy to collaborate with customers to create innovative new solutions to meet the needs of specific groups of legal professionals, Lexis Practice Advisor was developed with ongoing input and feedback from more than 500 transactional attorneys.
