Red Violet, Inc. announced that Executive Chairman Michael Brauser has resigned from the company Board of Directors, effective immediately. The red violet Board of Directors has accepted his resignation and appointed Vice Chairman and CEO Derek Dubner interim Chairman, effective immediately.
