Shandong Lekang Jinyue Industrial Co., Ltd. announced that it has entered into a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 320,000,000 on January 26, 2021. The transaction will include participation from new investor Realcan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. for 20.2% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by the 11th meeting of the investor’s 4th directorate and doesn’t need shareholders’ approval. Post the closing, the registered capital will increase from CNY 100,000,000 to CNY 420,000,000 Yantai Chenghou Investment Co., Ltd. will hold a total of 79.8% stake.
