REAL NUTRICEUTICAL GROUP LIMITED (22 January 2016 - Hong Kong) Real Nutriceutical Group Limited ("Real Nutri" or the "Company", which together with its subsidiaries is referred to as the "Group"; stock code: 2010) announces today the Company buys back 1,906,000 shares at average price of HK$0.743 in the open market on 22 January.
The Group now has activated repurchase mechanism. It repurchased an aggregate of 6,443,000 shares as of today. Dr. Wang Fucai, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Group also purchased an aggregate of 23,500,000 shares in the open market within last four weeks.
Dr. Wang commented, "Our business develops well with adequate cash on hand, and as such, the Group has sufficient financial resources for share repurchase. We hope to achieve fair valuation for the Company through shares buy back. In addition, I will consider further share purchases at the right time in order to demonstrate my confidence in the business and prospects of the Company."
