Atrio Systems, Inc. acquired Microsoft practice from RCM Technologies, Inc. (NasdaqGM:RCMT) recently. As a part of the transaction, Atrio Systems reacquired Microsoft practice's former name NuSoft Solutions. Post transaction, Dale Mansour, the original founder of NuSoft and currently, partner in Atrio's ownership group will lead NuSoft Solutions.
