Raysum Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:8890) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 8,000,000 shares, representing 21.86% of the outstanding shares for ¥7,824 million. The program will run until August 9, 2022.
As of March 31, 2022, the company had 36,601,814 shares outstanding and 479,586 shares in treasury.
Raysum Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the asset management, property management and other businesses. The Company operates through three business segments. Asset Management segment is engaged in the procurement of profitable real estate, and composition and sales of investment products. Its investment products include commerce, offices, condominiums, accommodation facilities, educational facilities, medical facilities and others. Property Management segment is engaged in the provision of building leasing and management services.
