Raymond James Financial Inc. announced the addition of managing directors George "Bo" Hinton and McNeill Wester and director Tim VanBenthuysen to continue the expansion of its healthcare investment banking practice. The trio arrives from Coker Capital Securities LLC.Charlotte, N.C.-based Hinton brings nearly 14 years of experience in advising healthcare service companies focusing on physician services and behavioural health. He founded Coker Capital, where he worked for roughly 14 years as a managing director.

Before that, he was a private equity investor at Carousel Capital Partners LLP and an investment banker at Wachovia Securities LLC.He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1999.Wester, also based in Charlotte, has over 25 years of experience in the investment banking and legal fields. At Coker Capital, Wester was a managing director and Group Head for nearly 10 years. Before Coker Capital, he was a managing partner at Bourne Capital Partners LLC and Fennebresque & Co.Wester graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.Hinton and Wester have together executed more than 100 M&A transactions in their area of expertise, working with both owner-operators and private equity portfolio companies.VanBenthuysen in Atlanta brings nearly 12 years of investment banking experience at Coker Capital.
