RAM RATNA WIRES LIMITED Ram Ratna Wires Limited (BSE:522281) agreed to acquire remaining minority stake in Global Copper Private Limited for INR 1 billion on June 13, 2024. The consideration consists of 2.58 million common equity of Ram Ratna Wires Limited at a ratio of 6 per common equity of Global Copper Private Limited. The transaction is subject to approval by SEBI, jurisdictional bench of the Hon?ble National Company Law Tribunal, BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited , the respective shareholders and creditors and other statutory and regulatory authorities as may be required.
Post the Scheme becoming effective, the Transferor Company shall be dissolved without being wound up.
