Mr Koh Poh Tiong as Independent Director

RafflesMedicalGroup is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Koh Poh Tiong to the Board of Directors with effect from 3 October 2011.

Mr Koh, who is retiring today as Chief Executive Officer of the Food and Beverage Division of Fraser and Neave Limited (F&N), has more than 40 years of experience in executive and senior management positions in several companies. He was Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Breweries Limited (APB) prior to his current appointment.

In addition to directorships in F&N and APB Group companies, Mr Koh is a director of Great Eastern Assurance Life Assurance Company, PSA Corporation and PSA International. He also chairs the Singapore Kindness Movement.

Mr Koh received the Public Service Medal in 2007 and the DHL/Business Times

Outstanding CEO Award in 1998.

Mr Koh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Singapore. Welcoming Mr Koh to the Board, Dr Loo Choon Yong, Executive Chairman, Raffles
