Further to Current Report No. 46/2020 of September 8th 2020, the Management Board of RAFAKO S.A. w restrukturyzacji (in restructuring) ("RAFAKO", the "Company") publishes information on the newly appointed Management Board members Ewa Porzucek and Jarosław Pietrzyk.

Ewa Porzucek is a manager with extensive experience in corporate finance. She has in-depth knowledge of Polish and international accounting standards and tax laws. She combines her experience in manufacturing, services and trade with profound and continuously expanded knowledge in the fields of taxes, accounting, management control and management accounting. She is the author of numerous corporate financial strategies, which have been successfully implemented and delivered.

Her most recent role was Chief Financial Officer at SUNEX S.A., where in addition to implementing the financial policy and supervising the accounting and finance departments, she was responsible for change implementation, process optimisation and raising funds for capital and R&D projects. Earlier, she was Financial Director at EUROPOLES KROMISS sp. z o.o. of Chrzanów, where she successfully implemented a restructuring strategy. From 2006 to 2018, she was Management Board Member for Finance and Chief Financial Officer at the FCC Environmental CEE Group in Poland. From 1999, she held finance-related managerial positions at Siemens Polska Sp. z o.o. and Cosma International Group of Magna International Inc.

She is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice and holds an MBA from National Louis University.

Jarosław Pietrzyk is a manager with many years' experience in specialist industrial construction projects for the power engineering, petrochemical, chemical and heavy industry sectors. He gained his professional experience directly supervising projects in Poland and abroad. He also has extensive experience in restructuring processes. He managed projects from the planning stage, i.e. implementation strategy, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, scope and technical solutions, through project control and settlement policies, assessment and selection of resources and project supervision at all project stages.

He was President of the Management Board of RAFAKO Engineering Spółka z

1. from August 2020, and from 2018 to 2020 he was President of the Management Board of Kaefer S.A. He served as President of the Management Board of Mostostal Zabrze Realizacje Przemysłowe S.A. (formerly Mostostal Kędzierzyn S.A.) in 2004-2016 and as Vice President of the Management Board of Mostostal Zabrze S.A. in 2016-2018.
   From 1995 he held managerial positions in Polimex Cekop S.A., Mostostal Zabrze Holding S.A. and Mostostal Zabrze ZMP Kędzierzyn Sp. z o.o.
   He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Wrocław University of Technology and from the Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed Postgraduate Managerial Studies based on the MBA programme.

Ewa Porzucek and Jarosław Pietrzyk:

1. do not conduct any activity competing with the business of RAFAKO S.A. w restrukturyzacji (in restructuring);
2. are not partners in any partnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or members of a governing body of an incorporated company or members of a governing body of any other legal entity competing with RAFAKO S.A. w restrukturyzacji (in restructuring);
3. are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
