The sales of development properties segment develop and sells residential properties, as well as sales of land. The construction contracts segment is engaged in the provision of general construction works. The sale of goods segment is engaged in the sale of furniture and fittings. The Company's development consists of affordable homes, urban residences, prime, and hospitality. Its completed projects include Vista Semarak Residensi Wilayah, Vista OUG Residensi Wilayah, Vista OUG PPAM, Vista Wirajaya Residensi Wilayah, and Vista Wirajaya 2 Residensi Wilayah.
