Subsidiary originally suspended production till 2022/04/19.
Currently, the suspention of produciton is prolonged in
accordance to local government's Covid-19 prevention policy.
The company has started the application for the resumption of
work after getting the specific measures from the local government.
6.Countermeasures:The company cooperates with local government regulations
to ensure the safety and health of employees and will soon coordinate the
production capacity and reschedule the working hours.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:To comply with the COVID-19
prevention policy of local government, the reduced working days of
siginficant subsidiary Radiation Technology, Inc. may have impact on
revenue of single month. Further, the Company will expedite the output
once return to work. Essentially,we are not anticipating an obvious impact
as a whole for operation.
