This notice is given pursuant to Section 4.11 of National Instrument 51-102 ("NI 51-102"). The Company hereby confirms:
the effective date of the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants (the "Former Auditor"), as auditor of the Company is December 1, 2023;
the Former Auditor resigned on its own initiative;
the resignation of the Former Auditor and the appointment of MNP LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants (the "Successor Auditor"), on December 1, 2023 as auditor of the Company until the Company's next annual general meeting have been considered and approved by the Company's Board of Directors;
there have been no reservations or modified opinions contained in the audit report prepared by the Former Auditor in connection with any of the Company's financial statements for the two most recently completed years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021 nor for any period subsequent to December 31, 2022; and
there are no "reportable events," as defined in NI 51-102.
