Mr. Li Jiancheng has tendered his resignation as a shareholder representative supervisor of the Company due to the change in the number of supervisors for the Supervisory Committee under the Articles of Association. Mr. Li has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and the Supervisory Committee and there is no other matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the Shareholders.
