PZ CUSSONS NIGERIA PLC - RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS

This is to notify our esteemed Shareholders, the investing public and the Nigerian Exchange Limited that the Board of Directors of PZ Cussons Nigeria PLC ("the Company") at their meeting held on Monday, 30 October 2023, noted the resignations of Mr Kamar Bakrin and Mr Duncan Anniss as directors of the Company.

Mr Bakrin, appointed to the Board on 4 September 2023, resigned with effect from 14 October 2023 following his appointment by the Federal Government for national service.

Mr Anniss, a representative of the majority shareholder on the Board, resigned with effect from 31 October 2023 due to a change in his role in the PZ Cussons Group.

The Board wishes both Directors success in their new roles.
