Pyxus International Announces Retirement of Joel L. Thomas as Executive Vice President

Pyxus International, Inc. announced that Joel L. Thomas will be retiring from his position as Executive Vice President, upon the appointment of his successor. Thereafter, Thomas will continue to serve as a strategic advisor to facilitate the transition of his
responsibilities until he retires from that position on or before June 30, 2022. The Company has initiated an executive search for Thomas' successor.
Pyxus International, Inc. is an agricultural company. The Company is a provider of sustainable and traceable products and ingredients. The Company operates through its Leaf segment. Its core business includes tobacco leaf merchant business, purchasing, processing, packing, storing and shipping tobacco to manufacturers of cigarettes and other consumer tobacco products around the world.
