Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. Appoints Borys Chabursky as Member of Board of Directors and the Chair of Audit Committee

Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. announced that Mr. Borys Chabursky has been appointed as a member of its board of directors and the chair of its audit committee.
Mr. Chabursky is the President of SHI Consulting. In addition to his role as President of SHI Consulting, Mr. Chabursky also serves as the Chairman of SHI Capital.
