PULASKI BANK PROMOTES MARK GREENLEY TO REGIONAL PRESIDENT-WEST REGION

ST. LOUIS, MO, DECEMBER 17, 2015 - Pulaski Bank announces the recent promotion of Mark Greenley to Regional President-West Region. Greenley will be relocating to Pulaski's Chesterfield office located at 17701 Edison Avenue in Chesterfield, MO.

Greenley joined Pulaski Bank in May 2006 as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending.

Over the past 9 years, he has been instrumental in contributing to the bank's commercial loan portfolio growth. In his new role as Regional President, Greenley will oversee the commercial banking efforts in the West County region.

Greenley has over 20 years of commercial lending experience and is actively involved in the

St. Louis Business Community serving as Chairman of the Board for Regional Growth Capital and as Vice Chairperson for Business Finance Corporation of St. Louis County.

Greenley formerly served as an adjunct professor for Webster University where he taught finance classes to Master's degree candidates. He graduated from University of Missouri, St. Louis and received his MBA from St. Louis University. Greenley and his wife live in Chesterfield, Missouri.
