PT Indosat Tbk announced that Bapak Ahmad Abdulaziz Al Neama has been named as the Chief Executive Officer of Indosat Ooredoo on May 3, 2019, replacing Mr. Chris Kanter, subject to completion of the necessary formalities. Chris Kanterwill remain President and Director of Indosat Ooredoo until the company's next General Meeting of Shareholders, after which he will be nominated back as the Board of Commissioner. Mr. Ahmad Abdulaziz Al Neama is a 15-year old Ooredoo veteran, previously served as the Board of Commissioner serving Indosat Ooredoo and currently serves as a Board Member of Ooredoo Myanmar. He has most recently served as Ooredoo Group's Chief Technology and Information Officer since 2017.
