Barito Pacific Group with Bakti Barito Foundation, 29 November 2021, delivers Covid-19 aids to Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI), in the form of ten emergency tents. The tents were handed over by Barito Pacific Group to the PMI Headquarters chief Bapak. Abdul Aziz, Deputy PMI Headquarters Ibu Puji Astuti and Head of Resources Development and Cooperation, Ibu Sari Seruni. The disaster tents were made with special specifications that can be used for various pandemic mitigation purposes such as vaccinations, medical assistance, public kitchens and so on. In addition to the disaster tent support for PMI, Barito Pacific, supported by its subsidiaries such as Chandra Asri, Star Energy Geothermal and the Bakti Barito Foundation, and Founder of the Barito Pacific Group, Bapak. Prajogo Pangestu , has been donating various health equipment and basic needs to the communitu from March 2020 until now. The aid reached a total value of IDR 100 billion, which include tens of thousands of medical masks, hundreds of liters of liquid oxygen, dozens of oxygen concentrators, PPEs, mobile PCR labs, ventilators, thousands of tons of rice and others. The Covid-19 pandemic is a moment for all of us to unite and help each other. Barito Pacific hopes that the assistance can be useful for the people of Indonesia.
