Provident Bancorp, Inc. reported unaudited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2019. For the quarter, the company reported net interest and dividend income of $11,574,000 compared to $9,840,000 a year ago. Net income was $2,551,000 compared to $2,835,000 a year ago. Basic and diluted earnings per share was $0.14 compared to $0.15 a year ago.
