Protosource Corporation (the "Company") has been advised that the OTC Markets' website shows that the company had 500,000,000 shares of its common stock authorized and 1,183,047 shares of its common stock outstanding as of April 8, 2022. The correct number of authorized shares of common stock should be 1,000,000,000 shares and 509,860,662 shares issued and outstanding as of such date and as previously reflected on the OTC Markets website. The Company has not taken any corporate action to change the number of shares of its common stock authorized or outstanding which caused the change. It is investigating the reason for the change and notes that it does not control the content on the OTC Markets website and did not request such change to be made. The Company requested that the website be updated as soon as possible and was informed it should be corrected in early May, 2022.
