Prosperity Bancshares Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.2725 per share to holders of Prosperity's common stock. The first quarter dividend is payable on April 1, 2015 to all shareholders of record as of March 16, 2015.
Prosperity Bancshares, Inc. is a regional financial holding company providing personal banking services and investments to consumers and businesses throughout Texas and Oklahoma. The Company's traditional deposit products include certificates of deposit, interest-checking accounts, money market accounts and savings accounts.
