The Board of Director Meeting of Prospect REIT Management Company Limited as the REIT Manager of Prospect Logistics and Industrial Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("PROSPECT REIT"), held on August 11, 2022, has passed resolutions as follows:

1. Approved the interim dividend payment for the operation period of April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 at the rate of Baht 0.2285 per unit trust.
2. The distribution date will be paid on September 9, 2022 and the book closing date for determination of unitholders entitled to receive the interim dividend payment proceeds is on August 30, 2022.
