Profire Energy, Inc. announced the appointment of Arlen Crouch to serve on its board of directors. Mr. Crouch served as President and CEO of Franklin Quest Co., where he played a key role in the company's IPO and listing on the NYSE. Prior to his appointment as President and CEO, he served in a variety of senior management roles including COO and Executive VP.
