Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was THB 238.91 million compared to THB 222.56 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 241.48 million compared to THB 224.95 million a year ago. Net income was THB 89.47 million compared to THB 46.32 million a year ago.
For the six months, sales was THB 470.04 million compared to THB 453.82 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 476.81 million compared to THB 460.81 million a year ago. Net income was THB 186.07 million compared to THB 141.19 million a year ago.
Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund. The purpose of the Fund is to raise funds from unitholders to invest in properties and leasehold rights and utilize them for commercial benefit with indefinite expiration date. The Fund has invested in leasehold properties by purchasing and/or leasing land, buildings, equipment and utility systems of Ploenchit Center Building and UBC II Building. It also invests in Bangna Tower Project for the leasehold rights in land, certain parts of buildings and building systems for approximately 30 years, sub-leasehold rights of certain parts of land for approximately seven years and ownership in movable properties. The Fundâs management company is SCB Asset Management Company Limited. Its mutual fund supervisor is KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited. Its property managers include Erawan Commercial Management Company Limited, Bhiraj Management Company Limited and Teo Hong Silom Company Limited.
